Their existing client intake process involved cumbersome PDF forms that were often illegible, resulting in multiple follow-ups and significant delays. The inefficiency was eating into time that could have been better spent training dogs.

Crow Marketing developed a comprehensive solution, starting with a rebrand that balanced playful charm with professional polish. The new logo and visual elements were designed to resonate with pet owners and work seamlessly across various mediums, from social media to promotional products.

We then focused on building a user-friendly, media-rich website. A key feature was the custom Client Intake Form, which replaced the outdated PDF process. This new form allowed clients to submit their details directly through the website, significantly reducing administrative work. This feature alone saved Unleashed around 5 hours per week—more than 185 hours annually—allowing them to focus on their core services.

Monthly Newsletters: Educating and Building Lasting Relationships
In addition to the rebrand and website, Crow Marketing also writes, designs, and sends out monthly newsletters for Unleashed Dog Co. These newsletters go out to current and past clients and serve two main purposes: education and customer retention.
