In addition, we built out their e-commerce platform, making sure it was media-rich, informative, and fully functional. We aimed to give Blue Kettle instant credibility with their customers, providing a seamless shopping experience that was both intuitive and enjoyable. When it came to social media, we took Blue Kettle from 0 to a thriving online community. First, we created Instagram and Facebook accounts, ensuring everything from profile bios to posting schedules followed industry best practices.
